You know when you get into a slump and NOTHING YOU DO CAN PULL YOU OUT OF IT? You've napped, you've taken a relaxing bath, you've prayed, meditated, read self-help books and memoirs, gone for a walk, done ALL YOU CAN, and still you're feeling not-quite-yourself?
I know those slumps all too well, my friend.
I think sometimes you just have to "let it be," and let those blues run through you for awhile. Let your slump run its course. Keep taking care of yourself, and try to feel better, but don't get too down on yourself for feeling down, and don't put too much pressure on yourself to "snap out of it."
In the meantime, I've found some GIFs that'll give you the extra boost you need to get through your day while you're slumpin'.
